i have a new sterling with fridge the problem is that we cant seem to keep the door closed at the bottom, no matter how full or empty the fridge is any suggestions.

Bryan,

if there is nothing obvious preventing the door from closing, and you say its a new van, don't mess around trying to fix it, get back on to the dealer and have it fixed under warranty.

Bryan, the fridge door liner will have been fitted out of line, the only way to rectify this is to remove it and refit perfectly flat. its not an easy or quick job to do so take the van back to the dealer.

be very wary though that the dealer does not simply try to bend the door back, it will hold for a short while but will soon revert to its warped shape, i would mark the screw heads to make sure they had removed the liner and done the job correctly or just insist on a new door it is after all a new van.
