Front caravan covers

Hi All
Has any body purchased the front cover that wraps around the windows etc? Living next to a farm we have 1/2 mile of track to drive down before we reach tarmac however slow we drive once we speed up on the road we get mud and debris up the front of the van. The problem is you need a decent hose to blast the muck etc before wiping down with a sponge or the windows get scratched very easy, are these covers worth the money or do they rub on the windows anyway? We have just purchased the new conquerer 645 and want to prevent the same sort of damage that has happened to the one we are trading in. Any views welcome good or bad.

Cheers

In addittion to our full cover from Specialised Accessories I have also got one of their front towing covers. Whilst we were abroad last year we ended with a cracked front centre window and believe you me a towing cover is only a small percentage of the cost of a new window. So, go for it!

We have a front cover, had no problems with it. Before using it, we wash and dry the front of the van. It takes us about about 10 minutes to put on, oh is disabled then 5 minutes to tweak it into place. Never had any worries about the cover coming off while towing, the buckles and clips holds it all in place.

We have the Specialised Accessories one and it is fantastic. About 5 minutes to put on and no more mud from our storage site. Well worth the money and time and effort.
