Some small key cutting places now have computer controlled cutting kit - that's if you still have an original to cut from.
THANKS MICHEAL, THE KEY IS NOT A NORMAL TYPE OF KEY ITS MORE OF A CYLINDER TYPE WITH INTERNAL TEETH , WHICH HAVE WORN AWAY.

buy new locks they are supplied at most van dealers accessory shops then you will have 2 spare keys and it wont matter what the key no is as they can be cut anywhere last time I bought some think they cost about a tenner it might cost more than that in fuel looking for the proper key

I know the key you mean, 715 is the same as on our van and a fair few others I wouldn't wonder?

When I got ours the keys square handle fouled the plastic finger hold under the lock as it turned, this pushed the key out the lock causing it to slip.

Simple solution is to cut the lower part of the keys handle away at an angle so it clears the finger grip. I've noticed later keys have this clearance as standard.
