Can anyone help I had my fire serviced recently went away and whilst travelling front came off fire, was working perfectly but when front came off I seem to have a connection loose where does it go

Perhaps you should contact the person who serviced it recently - the front should not drop off in transit and there should be no lose wires!

Hi
I would agree contact who serviced the fire the front should not fall off or wires. Looking at your photos it looks as though the ignitor wire is off of the control box and I think should be a small spade connector not a bullet connector at opposite end to other connections

Hi,
From you pictures can't see what wire is loose, can you identify it (bad eye sight !)

I don’t recall a bullet connector on mine. The wire and connection don’t look standard Truma to me. Get the engineer back and make him fix the cover correctly and operate the fire for you.
