General cleaning agent for kitchen surfaces etc

Can anyone reccomend an all purpose cleaning agent for the kitchen surfaces and toilet, shower etc. My Bailey handbook recommends a caravan specific brand, but I was wondering if anyone uses a Tesco type equivilent that will not cause any long term damage as surface material in caravans is alledgedly succeptable to ordinary cleaners.

Andy, I use, well my better half to be more accurate, uses the Tesco stuff and swears by it. It even removed a bit of black mould from the sealant around the shower. As long as you just give it a wipe over, I can't see any harm.

Happy Caravanning....

Andy, I have always used household cleaners for the caravan and have never had any problems with discolouring. I use one of the bleach spray cleaners for the toilet - Somerfields did a particularly good one, and any other kitchen cleaner for the rest.
