Planning on going to France next year for our first time abroad in a caravan. Wondered if anyone can tell me of any clubs, like the caravan club, who do organized trips abroad for 'newies' to show us the ropes etc. I've seen it advertised somewhere but can't remember where or who did it. Think it would be ideal for us.

It's not actually that hard to take the van to France, the roads are so much better, campsites are generally of a much better standard, and an inexpensive satnav takes away a lot of the navigation hassle we used to have.
