going to view used van tomorrow any tips?

in process of buying 1st ever van.

looked at hundreds at dealers but tomorrow going to view a private sale.

any tips for what i should/shouldnt look out for?

should i look under the van?!?

please could you advise some suggestions and then we can note them all down and make a list of what we should do when we get there.

suggest checking the following:

-If the CRiS no. is etched onto the windows, check that they all give the same number. Ask to see the CRiS certificate.

-Check the tyre condition. Remember that they should be replaced after 5 years regardless of their visual condition or wear. So a pair of new tyres will cost over
