As someone who recently has spent too much time crawling under the van to look at the failed axle, I noticed that the rubber gaiters/boots on the Powertouch mover were splitting and had become loose. So I contacted Powertouch to see if replacements could be supplied. That was last Thursday and I was asked to send photos showing the condition of the gaiters as fitted. The two new replacements came by Saturday under the five year warranty. It is really nice to have such good service when so often we hear endless tales of woe.
Thank you Truma Power Touch.

Good to hear of good customer service.

At the NEC there was a helpful chap from Truma/Powrtouch with a little toy caravan chassis with Powrtouch movers. He cheerfully answered some questions I had, but he did confirm that they had changed the design of the grey plastic covers and now include UV stable logos, as mine have faded one side. £40 if you want the latest look. :)

We've also found Powrtouch Customer Service to be exemplary and whenever we've changed caravans, have always had one of their movers fitted. They have a network of engineers around the country and if you do have a problem, they will arrange one of their engineers to come out. First Class company.
