We bought a Halogen Oven from Coopers of Stortford nearly 2 years ago, we have used this regularly at home and at the caravan, yesterday the fan on it broke. I contacted Coopers via email this morning asking if they repaired them or the price of a new one, this afternoon they emailed back that they were sending us a new one out free of charge as it should have lasted longer, also they don't want the old one back, so the spare glass bowl will be handy if one breaks! Really pleased with their customer service. Although I shouldn't be surprised by good service I always am!
