We recently bought a second hand 2005 Lunar Lexon EB at a bit of a bargain price, we did check everything over thoroughly before we bought it and it is generally in excellent condition. However I failed to notice fine hairline cracks in the gel coating around the front grab handles. These spread out spider web style from the handles, looking from inside the boot, everything is watertight but I can see light from the cracks.
The van has a mover and we always use this instead of the front grab handles, to prevent the problem getting much worse. I am wondering whether these cracks are anything serious to worry about and would put off any future potential purchasers, also I know a superficial repair can be done, but am told that they will just reappear anyway. Any thoughts/advice welcome,
