Halladale Inn, Melvich, Highlands

Dunnet Bay is going to be closed for refurbishment when we are on the north coast of Scotland.We have decided to move further along to Halladale Inn at Melvich which seems to be a 4**** Tourist Board grading.Does anyone have any information about it at all? There's not a lot to choose from up there so we would like to get it right.

I have seen this site and from what I remember it looked fairly well used and nicely laid out. I think it would be a reasonable substitute for Dunnet bay - as you say there's not alot of choice!!
