Has anyone else with a Swift caravan fitted with the HalLocate tracker had problems over the recent cold spell.
At 2am on Friday morning I was awoken by repeated text messages on my mobile.
56 messages to be precise!! All telling me that the internal tracker battery had fallen to 29% charge. The message showed that the external battery was at 13.3V.
I figured it must be cold related so ventured outside and switched on the Alde heating, set at 5 deg, switched off the mobile and went back to bed.
In the morning when I switched back on the mobile ther were a further 142 messages, the last one being at just before 4am.
None since. I am glad the recently renewed contract with HalLocate has them paying for all messages!!
Anyone else had a similar experience?
