Hi Helen
I don't know whether or not you are in one of the main clubs but most hold very good Halloween and bonfire / fireworks events in all areas of the UK.
We're in the Camping & Caravanning Club and the district associations hold regular rallies for club members in venues all over the UK throughout the year. The South Yorkshire District Association cover the area that you may be interested in and they are hosting a Halloween rally and a Bonfire rally a week later. Any C&CC member is allowed to attend d.a. rallies irrespective of which part of the country they are from.

Strid Wood at Bolton Abbey don't have their own event - but on Bonfire Night there's a very good firework display at the Devonshire Arms, just down the road. It's a charity event, raising money for a Cancer Charity too - and definitely worth attending.

Hi Helen
We live just up the road from Conkers in Derbyshire (not sure whether you would consider this area, but not too far away from Nottingham). There is a Caravan and Camping Club site at Conkers too. They have a fantastic firework display, along with bbq, rides for the children, face painting etc .... The fireworks are fantastic.
