Thanks folks. Hey - we've (me and the firemen and fire safety officers) have eaten loads and loads and loads of cakes today!
They are taking me out on Friday afternoon/night. I can't stay out too late though because I have a very busy weekend planned.

Lisa have a great day and enjoy Friday - watch those firemen though they have long hoses, plenty of fluid and are not fussy where they put their hoses - oops could be a back handed compliment there but it is intended as a good wish and nothing else. As far as bus passes are concerned I have one and the only downside is that they do not have tow bars for my caravan.

I have an unhappy husband here. He's spent all day painting the lounge in a colour I chose and unfortunately, I don't like it so tomorrow, he's got to paint it another colour.......

Well, I was presented with a big box of chocolates in bed this morning. I had three chocolates and left the box by the bed.
Unfortunately between 7 - 8 pm this evening, the whole box has been consumed by one of my dogs. As I wasn't sure which dog ate them and given the fact that chocolate is highly toxic to dogs, both have had to have a salt water drench. Best not go there, what a way to spend your birthday!
On that note, I'll leave it.........
