Dont really know where to start------but hi--here is a quick run down of our family--- Paul, Rosaleen and Michael(age 9)
We have been caravaning for 2yrs now.
We were so please 2yrs ago to put away our tent(which by the way we had many great holidays down here in south wales in)and join the world of caravaning.
Our first van was a Coachman Amara which sadly we only had for 9 months, we had months of great times, even though we were new to caravaning we drove down to the south of France and Spain.we arrived home on the Saturday and on the Thursday night it was stolen from our storage site along with another large van.I think my mother-in-law and I drove around every road in south west wales, but to no avail.
After a few months we decided to put it all behind us (which was very hard as we han not insured the van)so we lost everthing.Our trip to France and Spain was our honeymoon (eventhough we have been together 14yrs) we took along our son Michael,so all of our wedding bits which we took have gone forever.
But we all have moved on from this and are now proud owners of a new 2005 Elldis Storm,(which was of course insured 2 days before we picked it up).
Last year we took 5 weeks out and travelled to Spain again stopping of at Eurodisney for a few days. It was great and we have not looked back since, we caravan all year, sun,rain and snow there is no stopping us.
I'm sure I'll be here asking questions as there is still a lot to learn, and you all seem to know what you are talking about.
