heki rooflight

this may seem like a dim question (we are buying our 1st caravan in next 2 weeks)

but the heki roof lights - can you add them to a caravan as an additional item - i.e have it fitted?

if so do you know roughly how much and where you'd get it done?

Our new Senator only has one Heki(Remis) --shock horror

It doesn't have one over the fixed bed,just a mini Heki !!

Bailey say that the roof is not strengthened to take a full size Heki

They would not fit one during manufacture and with a six month waiting list its obvious why and fitting after would mean risking the warranty.

I enquired at Crossley Coachcraft and they told me to ask Bailey who said etc etc.

Its not been ruled out as a D I Y job but hopefully HRH will stop saying "Its not got a Heki over the bed"

I could be sleeping close to the side to give her the best view.

must admit would be nice to lie in bed and see the stars!

checked it out and actually cheaper than what i thought.

"his knibbs" said we could have one if they are not to expensive to fit.

gonna e mail local caravan people to see.
