Just a brief history. We have been caravanning now since 1980, before that we did many years camping. Started with a new Lunar 450CK 5 berth which we kept for 15 yrs before changing to a Swift 480/2SE 2 berth. After 8yrs changed to a Swift Signature 17/4 4 berth (to cater for 2 grandchildren - occasionally!). Have now just gone full circle and bought another new Lunar, a Lexon SB with twin fixed single beds. Can't wait to use it.

I now tow with a KIA Sorento (my second)- great tow car.
 
Hello mjt and a belated welcome to the forum. Lots of info on here - with your experience you can probably help a few of us newbies out! We're relatively new to this game having bought our outfit in October 2007 but we're thoroughly hooked. We bought new in the hope of the van lasting us for many, many years and, so far, we've no regrets. We both caravanned as kids so we were pretty sure we'd like it. It's interesting to hear that you've kept your caravans for a number of years as that's our intention.
