Evening all.

I'm Roger from Devon, we got the caravan bug 3 years ago, started with a very old Bailey Pageant, traded that in for a slightly newer Compass Rallye but now have 2004 Swift Conqueror 580 SAL which we are very happy with, into our second season with the Swift.

Living on the Devon / Cornwall border we mainly do weekend runs staying quite local (about 60 miles) but we are heading up to the new forest for a week this summer.

Tow car is a 96 short wheel base Pajero, copes with the Swift with no problems.

Hi Rog, welcome to the Practical Caravan forum.
I had my much loved 2.5 K reg swb paj for six years and have now bought a lwb 2.8 Fieldmaster which we will be trying out with our Abbey 620 at the end of August.
Have a good trip to the New Forest.
