Hello from Yorkshire

Hello all,

My Wife and I have been Caravanners for 40 years since joining the Services Caravan Club in Germany. We Started with a Burstner 'Van then 'progressed' to an English make (Lunar) but have recently gone back to a German van (Hobby 540UK) because of the build quality. Now my wife and I have both retired we plan on getting away much more than previously.

The services caravan club heh. Wouldnt have dared join when I was in, my mates would have slaughtered me. Now Im older and wiser, and very definitely a caravanner.

It was a brilliant move on our part. It meant that it had to be fairly serious to call me back at weekends., and we didn't have to keep visiting UK on holidays.
