Hello! We are newbies too - about to go off in our 2010 4 berth Swift Challenger 570 for first time in March. Just changed our 2.2 diesel mondeo for Kia Sorento, in the process of getting used to driving it atm. Good luck with your carvanning, we've got some weeks and weekends booked so really excited. PC forums great for help and advice, very friendly. Lisa

Hi Ramcab, welcome to the Practical Caravan forum.
The model of your Ford towing vehicle is unfamiliar to me so I looked it up on Google. Is it one of those American pick up trucks from the 1950s?
I hope that you have chance to use your caravan more this year, and if you live in the Southwest our Practical Caravan Readers Rally is held at Stowford Farm Meadows over the first May Bank Holiday.
Hope to see you there..........
