Hello - Seeking a used caravan near Staffordshire

Hi,

I am new to caravanning. I'm looking to buy a cheap first caravan between £1000 to £1500 in or near Staffordshire. I'm looking for a site where I can see a range of touring caravans on sale in one go and then decide which one to buy. Any ideas anyone. Thanks in advance.

Have a browse through Gumtree, choose your local area.
You could try ringing local caravan dealers or online auction sites.

Gumtree is good but it means having to visit multiple homes, whereas going to one site which has say 10-20 caravans makes life a lot easier in deciding which one to buy. I will take your advice on the other points on board. Many thanks.

Hi and welcome to caravanning! Thanks for posting. You could also try our classifieds website – click here – if nothing else than to find a dealer near you with a range of models, so you can see which layout suits you the best.

Have a look at Tamworth caravans and Canley caravans. They seem to both have a range of vans at a range of prices. Never bought from them so cannot make any personal recommendation. However you may struggle to find a sales forecourt with a selection of vans within your price range. Caravanfinder is a good website. Also Autotrader.
