hello

my name is leonard(lenny)i have been a reader of practical caravan for a long time but i have never thought of joining the forum.i live in Buckley north wales with my wife and our staffordshire bull terrier.I am about to retire from royal mail after 33 years service i am looking forward to more trips with our 2003 compass omega and volvo V70,i am a member of the camping and caravanning club and will be looking for some nice cs sites not too far from home so we can enjoy regular trips out at reasonable prices

Welcome to the forum to both of you.

Retirement from work means one door closes, but an even nicer one opens, especially when you are a caravanner. Time for a more relaxed pace of life, enjoying the freedom caravanning brings and lots of new places to discover.

Leonard,

Welcome to the forum. I am sure caravanning in retirement will " deliver" lots of pleasure and look forward to you joining in the "posts" on this forum!!

I live next to Portmeirion and the Camping and Caravan Club site at Llanstumny ( outside Criccieth) is well worth a visit.

Also the site at Malvern.

Hamer
