help contact details for TomTom customer services

Last night I tried to purchase TomTom live services for my sat nav. After Putting in card details and pressed confirm order it up with server failure and to try again later, which I did three times. I have now had 3 emails confirming three separate purchases. I am unable to find a UK contact number. Can anyone help.

I have managed to find contact details of TomTom. I have tried vaious means of contacting them with no success. Put a search on google and came up with numerous results all saying how it is vertually impossible to contact them. I have even tried their number in the Netherlands without success. Their customer sevice is non existant. Consumer Direct have said to write to them recorded delivery. The bank are unable to do anything for 30 days as it is not fraud.

the uk number for tom tom is 0845 1610009. you can also go to there contact us page put your serial number in the box for car sat nav's and from there Email them. have to say found it far more difficult getting through to vosa or the taxman, but times change ....good luck

Thanks for the info. I have been trying to install a larger SD memory card into my OneXL device [since the old card did not have sufficient space] with no success. Within 5 minutes of phoning the number I was speaking to a very pleasant and knowledgable advisor who sorted out the problem instantly. I even received a customer satisfaction survey by e-mail the following day.
NB the problem was that One XL devices are only compatible with a max of 2Gb memory card - I was trying to use a 4Gb - other users beware!
