help needed in shefield area

hi we're new to caravaning we haven't got a clue what to do. we pick up a abi jubilee ambassador 1996 van on 2nd of sept. we're wondering if they would be a seasoned caravaner in the area would give us any help on the basics of connection of water/gas &awning.

please help the clueless newcomers

i live in fulwood (s10) but have only been caravaning since march last year.

if your buying from a dealer, they should run through things with you, from there, get yourselves off to derbyshire for a night or 2.

even if your buying private, the previous owners should be more than happy to show you the ropes.

if your still completly in the dark, give me a shout.

we're buying from a dealer said they will show me what do but thought somone with hands on experince is always helpful.
