Tugster.....You're having a laugh !!! (smily laughing thingy, ha, ha)

This forum has only just moved over from Gas to Electric power and it has'nt left the 90s yet let alone come into the 21st century.

We are repeatedly told it will happen..........ONE DAY !!!!

You're more likely to be able to replace your horse with an infernal combustion engine first.

Google "caravan forum" if you want to use 21st century technolgy.

Steady, some of us oldies have only recently learnt how to "log on" onstead of switching on like we did in the old days.

Don't confuse us with things like DOS, I thought that was what we were meant to do after one too many glasses once we've erecteted the awning!

Another problem is if you have more than two on the forum at the same time. It saps the bandwith and causes the site to freeze. People then think they haven't sent their post so hit send again hence the stuttering.I think a good idea to stop this would be if each forum member was alloted a time zone of when to post, two persons per time slot. The insomniacs can have the night slots, those who need to keep getting up in the night for a pee can also have night slots. It will mean that it wont be a waste of time setting the alarm just to post because they can also pee but hopefully, not both at the same time.

The early posters who get up for work, by the way thanks for working and keeping me in the manner I'm accustomed to, can have the early morning slots.

People like myself who don't have to get up early can have the midday slots or afternoon if they so wish.

If theres any arguing over who gets what slot it will have to go to arbitration and I'm lobbying His Moddyship if I can be Chief Arbitrator.

If everyone is agreeable I'm thinking of running a draw, tickets

With practical caravan & what-car magazine being published by the same company what do you expect.

I am an F1 fan and have to hunt with a microscope to find the news stories in the papers. Compared to football F1 has fewer fans in the UK although it has the most fans world wide than any sport but what do the papers care !!!

Same story different title !!! :)
