we are changing broadband provider and I now have a new e mail address, how do I update this on my details for this forum?

I have tried what I thought was right, but it didn't work.
 
Hi Jennifer

First click on 'Edit Profile' and then click onto the link next to the arrow in the yellow background which reads : 'Click here to change your personal details and password'.

This should open the Registration form for you to fill in using your new email address.

It might be worth using a new password if the form doesn't work and when you have filled in the details click on 'Submit'.
 
Thanks, but that is what I did, I tried both ways.

First I put in my new e mail, then chose a new password, confirmed it, and put in my existing password. I got an error message saying mu password was wrong, which I know it isn't as I got you to e mail it to me just to check.

Then I tried entering the new e mail, not entering a new password, and giving my existing password at the correct place, I got the same error message.

So where am i going wrong?
