I am about to sign on the dotted line for the new Hyundai Santa Fe. Before I do I would welcome your views on the sutibilaty of it as a tow car.

The details are as follows:

Engine 2.2CRDi VTC 148bhp - 335 Nm Torque @ 1800

5 speed Manual.

Kerb weight 1863kgs (not within the 85% guide)

Gross vehicle weight 2520kg

Max tow weight 2200kg

I will be towing a twin axel Avondale Argente 560-6 1700kgs MTpLM

nose weight 88kg

Sorry the nose weight of the car 88kg and the van is a 650-6 argente. typo
