Hi Brum,
Although i've never stayed there I do live nearby and have used the pool facilities a few times.
The Park is large with a large number of statics and very commercial. It is on the outskirts of Newquay and a fair walk in to the beaches, but certainly walkable. There are Bus Stops right outside the park too.
The park is of a good standard and kept spotlessly clean.
Facilities are fantastic. The pool Water park is great for everybody with many water slides and shutes, you could easily spend all day there especially if your 16 /17!!
There is usually an entertainment program in high season plus the usual bar / restaurant.
If its a quiet week your looking for Hendra isnt for you but it is a good well kept site but will be busy in high season.
