The government published their proposals for consultation on 10 August. Consultation closed on 7 September and the government’s latest update is 10 September.

Looking at the short period between end of consultation and publication of the new rules I suspect it was a preordained decision.

I do. He’s an engineer and car fanatic who cares. So yes, I am happy. But the older I get the more foolish I am🤪🤪
