Hi, just bought a second hand Fleetwood 128/2 which is big enough and was priced just to suit me. Trouble is I dont have a handbook for this 1993 van and even the simplist thing was beyond my grasp my first weekend... what you may ask... yeh, I couldn't even work out how to put the bed together.. doh!!! how dumb can this blond be. Anyone out there know where I can get a copy, or even better if you have one I would willingly pay for a copy...HELP. Thanks for reading this! Paula

Hi Paula welcome to the forum. Sorry can't help you with the handbook. Don't worry, it will get easier. Keep asking for advice as there are loads of helpful and knowledgeable people on here. I had to ask how to put batteries in the wall clock so don't think you are are the only clueless person.

Hi Mel! Thanks that and yes you are right there are plenty of people to help..... but how many times can a single woman with a grandson in tow go up to... usually a man and ask for help, believe me it makes me laugh now - but I can still see the look of despair and yes "suspicion" on my lady neighbours face when I kept asking her "Husband" for help. Maybe she thought I was a "femme fatale" (lol). My beloved Husband, Brian died earlier this year and I bet even he would laugh at that. But thank you anyway, funny how another "lady~" helped this dippy old bird eh!

Hi Paula

Welcome to the forum and don't worry, we've all had to start off at one time or another.

Have you thought about joining one of the two main clubs and perhaps attending one or two rallies? I'm sure that fellow ralliers would be happy to explain how things work and you will enjoy good company while you are learning.

The Fleetwood owners club may be able to help with the handbook.

If you have any questions however trivial they may seen don't hesitate to post on the forum and ask away.

Try the owners club and also consider joining the club and go along to their rallies, there will be plenty of people on hand that will know what to do and get you sorted. If anything like our owners club probably too many ideas of what to do and how to do it! Since the demise of Fleetwood they will probably of changed the name of the owners club, just check on the ACCEO website.
