Hillhead cc site Devon to Longleat cc Site , best route

hi all as you know were off on sunday to hillhead for 13 nights then onto longleat for 14 nights straight after. Which is the best route for us to go with our 26ft twin axel wyoming from hillhead to longleat.

Hi Jo-anne, you would be better going up the m5 to taunton J25 and then the A358 to the A303, up the A303 until signs for Warminster and Longleat A350, then the A362. If you come off at Exeter and use the A30 its not such a good road as the link between the m5 and the 303.

As you know we live down this way and would always go via j25.

Trucker has it about right, we are local to Longleat and that is the road we use coming back up from Devon/Cornwall.

Happy caravaning, just one thing you will find phone coverage poor at Longleat but move off site a little and will pick up signal again.
