Hi

Has anyone imported a Hobby caravan recently? I am looking to buy a Hobby 460 UFE probably from Holland or Germany. Their season ends in September so am hoping to get an end of year dicount on a 2006 model. Any suggestions on dealers and what should I take into consideration when bringing one into the UK.

We have a Germany Fendt brought abroad from one of the largest dealers in Germany who also sells Hobby caravans.

We actually brought ours from the big August/September show in Dusseldorf where you get really good bargains if you can make up your mind which caravan you like as there are 17 hangers of caravans, motorhomes and accessories!!

We have also brought Hobby caravans from a dealer in the UK.

It is my hubby who knows all about who and where to go but as he is not a computor person a call on the telephone would be better and he could advise you.

Thanks for the info on the show, may call your Hubby. I must admit I do like the Fendt models but they are much pricier than the Hobby.

We are looking for a Hobby 460ufe with end bedroom. Most German manufacturers make this style, but we thought the Hobby was nicely finished and could be the cheapest!
