As I may have mentioned in other post I have a detachable swan neck tow hook, so to day I hooked up for the first time, just to see how it all went.
Well the good news is it was a lot easer than my old 4x4 but with the old truck it did not matter if i bumped in to the coupling but with the car it would be a different matter as it is a plastic bumper and a smaller gap.
Now I have a tow hook protector that bolts on to the two bolts on the car but my car has no bolts.
Is there a protector made for swan neck detachable hooks?
I will add I am going to keep the hook attached to the car from now on.
I feel that there is no easy answer to this and may have to sharpen up my reversing.
