Hoover For Van Which One And Where To Buy??????????/

Hi All,

Just a quick post, could someone tell me the best hoover to use for our van's, people have mentioned the dyson animal dc16 but at nearly £80 seems a bit steep.

Any help advice and links would be great.

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Julie

Sound's a great price but do you have any more detail's is it hand held or upright or cylinder. is it on there website so I can see it.

The good lady has just treated me to the hand held Dyson - fantastic. We've had three other rechargeables over the years and this one is by far the best, it is brilliant !!!

Not sure about charging from empty ...just over an hour ??? But it lasts for six minutes on full suction with no power loss then it cuts out.

Never used it for full six minutes in caravan, can usually do car properly ( Sedona seven seater) before it cuts out and it sucks every thing up, vacuum power is very strong. There is a special one if you have pets its got some attachment for picking up pet hair.

The small Argos cleaner is a better buy than Tesco - the small swivel head on the Argos is a far tighter fit than the Tesco and requires a definate act to swap over. The Tesco machine tends to fly from small brush to fine nozzle as it feels like. Same price for both so go to Argos and help Tesco to lose out on its profit.

We use a small Hoover (mains plug in) hand held vac. It is bagless and all the dust, etc., gathers in the cup at the back. Great and have had no problems for several years. We do only use it when necessary on site and use the Dyson on arrival home.

hiya, we went for the dyson. its fantastic just enough time to lift the carpets hoover the lyno then carpets down and hoover them.

we needed one that was cordless because our storage is like steptoes yard and when the owner cuts the grass on his sit on lawn mower he doesnt pick it up afterwards.

i love it spend the money get the dyson.

See previous posts on this subject.

I bought a Dyson dc16 last year. It's light, cordless and does exactly what it says. Full , excellent suction, for 6 minutes.

In 2006 we tried a cheapy from Argos and that broke on its second use.

Chers

Alan
