Hi all
the pest again, has anybody got a bed guard rail, for a lunar quasar side bunk(2005, 524) for some reason ours has got mixed up somewhere along the line and the guard that is in our van doesnt belong to it, as my wee one has a habit of rolling out of bed we would like him to be in the bunk with the full surround! any help grateful. Have contacted Lunar who dont have them and i have emailed a breaker in Wales. we actually need the mattress and ladder to but we can make and adapt what we've got, but i want the proper slot in surround!

Hi Lollie
Your request is very specific and the chances are that if anybody does have a guard rail for the model that you own they will hold on to it for when they sell their Lunar if they are not using the guard rail.
If the model specific guard rail is not available have you considered an alternative solution?
Mothercare sell a generic bunk guard rail with legs that fit underneath the mattress which ought to stop your little lad from falling out of his bunk and a few other retailers have similar products if you Google bunk guard rail.

I think if i exhaust all avenues like ebay and the breakers i will try and get a joiner to make a surround, as it wouldnt take much and probably cost as much the same as the mothercare type of guard, id rather he was hemmed in just with the little dipped section for the ladders..
Totally understand what you say about people keeping theres to trade with there van, but you know what vanners are like they keep all sorts in their garages dont they?! lol
