How do I get rid of the pop-up

Every time I change the page on this forum I get a pop up telling me "We value your privacy". Each time I click on "I accept" it disappears but on the next page it's back again. It's driving me crazy! How the L do I get rid of it?

I had that problem a month or so ago, and it turned out to be that for some reason I was not remaining logged in. Once I selected 'remain logged in' again the problem went away. The other possibility is that somehow your settings have changed and you are not accepting cookies? (my Android devices seem to change the settings at their own will sometimes .... possibly when the battery gets too low).

I think I had to log-out and then log back in.
