Hi Folks, my Coachman is hopefully having a new rear panel replacment under a warranty claim.due to a crack. My previous caravan had a replacment rear panel replaced under an insurance claim within a month. But what experences have people had under warranty claims.

When our Coachman went in for a front panel it was a week. I would imagine some of that was us dropping it in and collecting it. Shouldn't be too much longer though as at the moment they'll be at full capacity with the new season's vans and want it out of the way.

The front panel change on our van earlier in the year was 1 to 2 months in the shop and that was after 2 months waiting for the parts and that was after 2 months waiting for the authority to change it under warranty.

Nothing major under warranty but needed a side panel replaced some years ago due to an argument with a fence post ( post won) and that took weeks rather than months.
Having said that I've been waiting nearly two months now on a replacement blind for the kitchen roof light which is a warranty job. My dealer ordered two new baffle boards for behind the front bench seats at the same time, they arrived weeks ago but they are still chasing the blind. Think that can be the part that causes the delay - getting the replacement parts.

It took about two weeks to replace the back panel on ours after it was damaged. The parts took 6 months or so but it was an Avondale and they had gone bust at the time.
