Been under the nose today. Whilst there i noticed that the front gas locker had at one time been bonded to the floor and front sides and front sill.
It was once;
The front fibreglass is solid enough and i see nothing here to worry about. I dont see the need to seal it as its the gas locker. The front fibreglass is fixed directly to the frame in other ways, so is the sealant worth replacing.
In my case i would just fibreglass the whole lot with a 50mm by 50mm angle and rebond it all that way.
