How to add a external link to the forum

Hi,

How do you add a external link to a posting?. Sproket seems to be the forum champion on this one. Wish I had his computer skills!

Hi Nidge.

We are careful about adding external links to PCv and forum admin insist that any links return to the forum webpage when closed.

Because Sprocket added text based links which had to be copied and pasted and which spread the webpage borders to cause widening of the forum page I sent him a tutorial on how to add external clickable links to this forum.This made the forum easier to read for members and tidied the links but we have to establish that a member is genuine before giving this information.

We don't publish the information on the open forum in case we attract spammers in the same way that the caravan sitefinder forum has done sometimes.
