How to get dead flies out of double glazed sunroof?

Two flies have somehow managed to get into the double glazed sunroof. Don’t know how as I thought they were sealed. Apart from using a vacuum cleaner to suck them out of the small vent which has a plastic stopper, anyone got any ideas please? John.

If it is a MPK rooflight they aren’t sealed and require being dismantled in order to clean out dirt and detritus. It’s a fiddly job and after doing it twice I removed it and fitted a mini Heki which is sealed.
 
I think we had the same problem on the Heki Sunroof it went back to a dealer i had it resealed and now it a tight fit ..
