How to remove document wallet

Hi all,
Any ideas how I can remove this from the wall by the caravan door on my Bailey Valencia 2017… bearing in mind I am heavy handed and don’t want to damage the caravan.
Those two buttons look they might be pressed studs but I am wondering if I can prise the cover off one to see if there is a screw behind it?

They may be press studs. In which case just pull or prise them. But, the may be screw covers, either screwed or clipped on, known as mirror screws. Removing the cover will expose a screw head.

Look at the massive choice of mirror screws to get an idea.
