My battery charger makes a humming sound and at night it will sound louder if you are listening for it like any noise will, but check the housing around the charger make sure the humming noise isn`t a vibration. But I personally wouldn`t worry about it.

The 2003-2004 Bailey Pageant and Senator ranges did generate a number of complaints about noisy power supply units - the 2001-2002 Baileys used lower-powered units which were quieter.

Transformers do hum under load, it's a natural vibration.

You may be able to re-mount the plywood board, which suppports the power supply, using rubber mounts.

Old fashioned transformers would hum when under heavy load but they disappeared from caravans around 1993! more modern 'switch mode' chargers don't use a transformer, they are all but fully electronic and should be silent unless something is amiss.

Generally though their very reliable so when they do hum I'd first check for a fault battery causing the charger to permanently work at or near maximum or next a faulty charger.
