Does anyone have any experience of this site and in particular things to do in the area without relying on the car too much.

Hi Chris

the site won CC Club site of the year last year.

We went for Easter. It is a very big site, bigger than we are used to. It rained almost all the time and, as almost all pitches are on grass, it was very muddy. I was miserable as I had put my back out loading the 'van the night before(and its still not right)We left a night early. Los of others enjoyed it though!

Hi Mike

Thanks for info. Sounds the sort of site we would like and things to do without the car sound good too. Thanks again.

Chris
