I have just been looking at the ADAC Plus Membership and it looks very good and is for a whole year not just a single trip. Has anyone any comment on it for or against? It seems to cover most eventualities and is much cheaper than Red Pennant.
 
Red Pennant seems to be the one that all others are judged by. I suppose you would have to compare the small print of both policies. You would need to check about repatreation of both outfit and people. You would also have to establish, unless you can speak good German, whether they have help lines in English. If all these things add up then perhaps it is a bargain?
