Due to wear and tear sustained over the years the bare panels next to the seats/berths had scuffs marks on them and in my opinion needed improvement,I did this (shown below) by using two pieces of 3.5mm ply(applied a couple of coats of PVA first and allowed to dry),next two pieces of 10mm foam cut to size of ply,two pieces of cloth(offcuts from a nearby shop at 20p)cut 3 inches larger than ply.The foam was glued to the ply and chamfered next the cloth was folded over the ply then glued and pinned in position allowed to dry overnight after which each side panel had Velcro attached..I found this improvement a lot easier than tensioning the sietz roller blinds😄2_072013.JPG1_072004.JPG3_071945.JPG4_071957.JPG5_072221.JPG
