I was driving down the M6 last week we passed a motorhome.In the back of the motorhome, the sitting area, there was 4 or 5 people sat each with a drink in their hands looking like they here having a party.

Is this legal ( i think it is not but could be wrong)

None of them seemed to have a seat belt on. But i dont think this area would have them.

Hello Will, yes it is ok as only the dinnett versions mainly where you have up to 4 seat belts and 2 up front.I have had 6 people in back without belts and the driver has to take it into consideration whilst driving.
