We have just come from this site. Is your caravan pitched at this site? Have you been contacted due to the storm damage? We never saw any security patrolling this site. Many awnings / tents blew down this week due to high winds and looked liked they had broken.
Our concern is, that when we arrived at 6.15 p.m. no one was at reception, we went to the touring site and rang the number on the static caravan for the warden/security to check us in. The number kept going dead after about 3 minutes having tried several times to explain to the guy we were on sight and wanted him to come down and tell us which pitch we was on ( you would have thought that he would have got in his car and drove down to reception to see if anyone was there) due to there being very poor signal with our mobiles Virgin / talktalk. After waiting 10/15 mins and no one showed so we pitched our caravan. We stayed there for 4 nights and no one asked us for any proof of payment or for passes into the club. There was no security on this site which was stated in the brochure anyone could have hooked up a touring caravan and drove off with it.
