My Caravan is in storage and every time I go over to it I test the smoke alarm. When I am away in it I check it daily.

Yes it goes off every morning when I'm cooking mushrooms in a pan - take the lid off and off the blooming thing goes!!!!!

We are still trying to get the message across to people about smoke alarms in houses.
I have lost count of the times we have been out to fires in the home where people have removed the battery to be told it kept on going off when I was cooking or I forgot to replace the battery when it started beeping
