Isabella 220 Future Annex(New type)

Hi

Has anyone out there got one of these annex. I have just purchased one costing over £300 thinking it would be easy to put up but I was wrong. I tried to erect this over this last weekend without success I cannot get the poles right to sit in the metal plates supplied with the annex or get it to sit correctly on my Magnum Porch awning it seams to have too much material in the roof, obviously I am doing something wrong!!. Can anyone tell me how to erect this annex correctly as I am going on hols in 2 weeks time and want to take it with me to store some chairs etc. I have telephoned Isabella but know one has come back to me.

Please help if you can!!!

Hi David,

I too purchased a 220 annex which I erected 2 weeks ago to find it was to big for the Magnum.

I thought at first it was because the main awning was not lying correctly until I discovered a tag on the annex seam which read 250. making it some 30cms to long, hence the bad fit, all the other components were for a 220.

I took it back to the caravan dealer and he contacted Isabella who duly replaced the whole package with a 220 version.

Worth checking you have not got the same problem.

I have checked the new one andit says 220 this time, although I have not erected it yet but that should not be problem.

Thanks very much for that information. I will check the label as I must admit is does seem too big, it seems to have too much material in it. Isabella have contacted me and told me to go to Yorkshire Caravans at Bawtry to get them to show me how to erect it correctly. I will check the label before I make the 11/2hr journey.
