Deli Dave,

I have an Isabella porch awning and a Fiamma Caravanstore canopy.

The caravan store came with stops which slide into the awning rail and then are nipped wwith a screw which goes through the small cylinder which slides into the rail. I have used these for a few years to stop the porch awning sliding about. It makes life much easier when erecting the awning. i use one at either end of the awning. I slide the awning in from the front of the caravan and always leave the rear stop in the awning rail so that the awning is always in the correct position and does not move when erecting.

The Fiamma stops can be purchased in packs of two from most dealers who sell Fiamma Caravanstore canopies.

A word of warning. Before use i would remove the screws from the cylinders and apply some grease to the threads. I did not and one seized up--the rest is history as they say.

Deli Dave,

Should have said first of all click on Fiamma Awnings in left hand column.

Then click on Caravanstore in left hand column.

Then on Spare Parts.

Part no:- 98655-186.

Sorry for confusion.

Late to the post but I collected a couple of awning clamps yesterday, from my local Isabella dealership.

As you stated, they were not on the website under accessories (unless I was doing a blokey look!) but when I contacted them (Isabella) they sent info on the nearest dealeship and, hey presto, job done.

Wonder if Isabella have a certain standard for their stockists, as this one had all sorts of obscure and wonderful Isabella gizmos!

Cheers

John

Deli Dave,

Are you going to one site for your holidays? If so ask Fiamma to forward them to the site.

One of the end brackets failed on our Caravanstore when it was only 3 months old. I rang Fiamma and they sent a complete new Caravanstore to the C.C. site, Brown Moor, and it arrived the following day,the carrier took the broken one back to Fiamma.

In the past my dealer has also forwarded spare parts direct to the site.

Fiamma sholud have them in today and have promised they will ship them immediately by first class post to have them by Monday so am keeping my fingers crossed. Its not a disater if they dont arrive but hoping they will.

thanks a lot for the advice.I am on one site but I'd rather get them when I get back than have them go Lost in France as per Bonnie Tyler iirc.
